Arson attack.

Back in January of this year the club was victim to an arson attack. A memberof the public called the fire brigade and they attended the scene quickly. Fortunately no one was hurt as the club was closed.

CCTV footage has captured the incident and the Police, CID & forensics have attended the scene to carry out enquiries. These enquiries will continue. It's extremely sad that someone has felt it necessary to try and destroy the premises which holds a lot of happy memories for many people. The club will re-open once appropriate repairs and redecoration has been completed. And no doubt will continue to be supported by its loyal members. Let's all hope they catch the people that tried, and failed to bring the place down.
